By using HopRoam you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
The service
We sell travel data plans and, after payment, purchase them from providers and deliver install details. Coverage, validity, usage, and activation follow the product page.
Accounts and orders
You are responsible for accurate login and order details. Confirm eSIM support and that the device is unlocked before buying. Paid orders are fulfilled; stock failures are handled under the refund policy.
Acceptable use
Plans are for personal travel data. Resale, abuse, illegal use, or violating local law is prohibited. Voice and SMS are included only when the product says so.
Liability
Network quality depends on local coverage, roaming agreements, and device settings. We are not liable beyond the amount paid for incompatibility, data roaming left off, or destination outages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should go to support first, then to a court with jurisdiction at the operator’s domicile.
