How to install and activate your eSIM
Install before you fly (you need internet). Turn data on after you land. Codes stay in My eSIMs.
iPhone
- Open Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data / Mobile Service).
- Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.
- Scan the QR from your order, or enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code.
- Finish setup, then keep the line off until you arrive.
- On arrival, turn the eSIM on and enable data roaming.
Android
- Open Settings → Network & internet (or Connections).
- Open SIM manager / eSIM.
- Tap Add eSIM or Download SIM, then scan the QR or paste the code.
- You can keep the profile off until you land.
- Turn the eSIM on at arrival and enable roaming.
